Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using cotton yarn and a computerized embroidery machine. Embroidery can be used on any item of clothing / apparel from T-shirt, golf shirts, caps and work wear etc. The process starts by using a vector file of the logo to digitize the image. In laymen’s terms we have to convert the logo into stitches. BJ Digital has a full digitizing studio and regularly digitize for other embroidery company’s. Embroidery is not the cheapest option of branding, but definitely the option that looks the most professional and will last the longest on your clothing many times outlasting the garment it was done on to give you that perfect corporate image

Printed vinyl’s

The image is printed in full color on a vinyl and then heat pressed onto the garments. These prints do eventually wash out if care is not taken. And they are not tumble dryer safe.With screen printing going out of fashion heat transfers have taken over and you can do the most amazing prints in this way. Even including metallic’s glitter and lots more. Depending on the number of items required, heat transfers or “heat applied film” can be more economical than screen or even direct to garment printing.

Dye sublimation

Dye sublimation is the process for printing on all things polyester. That’s because the gaseous state of the ink results in a completely washable, smooth image that’s fully embedded into the material and washable . Plus, the quality is high resolution consisting of vivid, vibrant color. We also have all kinds of pre treated material that we can print in this manner. From Shirts Mugs Puzzles to steel. We also have self weeding printers that can print white ink for those difficult designs that cannot be vinyl cut.
